Inspiring Future Culinary Leaders:
The Culinary Kaizens 2024 aims to energize participating students to delve into the world of culinary arts more passionately during the sessions, workshops, and live cooking experience than they would have in the traditional space, inspiring innovation and new ideas.
Knowledge and Skill Development:
The most important learning opportunity is the chance to interact with the great chefs and industry professionals. It will help improve technical skills, knowledge about food, and familiarity with current trends. The sessions will create insight development for an effective career in hospitality and gastronomy.
Celebrating Regional Cuisines on a Global Stage:
Culinary Kaizens 2024 will pay homage to the rich flavor profiles, unique ingredients, and cooking traditions of Northeastern and Eastern Indian heritage, with a dedicated focus on the culinary heritage of the region, furthering international appreciation and recognition.
