Among the many dignitaries whom Chef Arora has catered to are Bill Clinton, former US President; Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth of England; John Major, former UK PM, American astronaut Neil Armstrong. Smt.Indira Gandhi, former PM of India. He was also appointed chef to Atal Bihari Vajpayee,
former Prime Minister of India, for two years. He has travelled extensively on board with former PM on several occasions. Arora also catered to His
Highness Prince Aga Khan, film personalities like Dharmendra, Amrish Puri and Yash Chopra.

Taj has pioneered the culinary evolution in India, introducing iconic cuisines like Sichuan, Japanese, Mediterranean, Thai, and Vietnamese. Landmark restaurants like Golden Dragon, Shamiana, and the Michelin – starred Quilon reflect Taj’s global appeal and enduring legacy in innovative dining. This legacy, led by legendary chefs, continues to shape India’s culinary landscape. My own journey of over three decades in the Food & Beverage and hotel industry has been deeply influenced by the exceptional chefs I’ve had the privilege to work with. Their creativity, passion, and relentless pursuit of excellence have reinforced my belief that chefs are the heart and soul of our industry.
EICA, formed with a vision to support upcoming young chefs, entrepreneurs, and food connoisseurs is committed to fostering a community where aspiring professionals can learn, grow, and innovate.
