Chef Amit Chauhan as a young Delhi boy, learned the nuances of cooking from his Grand Father. He spent much of his childhood in Delhi, known for its 100-year-old shops and markets, historical Mughal landmarks, and authentic street food. Then he has joined IHM-Shimla to hone his culinary skills. His passion for cooking started when he was six year little boy. Actually his grand father was Chef by profession. His first dish was Dum Aloo cooked by him with my Grand Father by the age of seven years at home. That was the time his senses come alive. He himself thought to start passionate cook in his journey…..
